Kore: I am like him. We both are.

Xander: You're like him? After what I've seen?

Narration(Xander): I'm always doing things like this when Grant isn't here to nag me.

Narration(Xander): Oh how he would yell now. Instead of a son, I've created myself a rival says General Grant.

Narration(Xander): Doesn't it seem logical now that you think about it?

Shane: It'll be ok, Kore.

Narration(Xander): Can't she see how she tortures us?

Narration(Xander): Hadn't said a word this whole time and in one instant...he opens his big mouth and...she feels this.

Narration(Xander): ...a whisper ...a secret shared between them

Narration(Xander): I can feel the brush of his lips on her ear. Every flash, every spark...

Narration(Xander): I made it through all these years. All the experiments.

Narration(Xander): But now my throat stings and I feel tears in my eyes. What does it feel like, pain?

Narration(Xander): Have I forgotten too?

Author Notes:

Where do I start with this one, the posturing? (which means something), the pity party?(which isn’t)  the self-destructive behavior? (which there’s an actual reason for)  Do we have enough cringe yet?  Because there’s more where that came from!  I don’t know I’m sorry.  I just have to post these and shut up about them.  There is a lot of glass in that room.
