Allyson: We have a cot in the back for cases like this.

Allyson: You could have mentioned this morning that you were going to make a break for it.

Kore: There doesn't happen to be a kitchen in this place? I could eat a horse.

Allyson: People work for their food here. You'll get another chance tomorrow.

Allyson: This is you. I'll be back in the morning.

Kore: Allyson...

Kore: Thank you for giving me a place to stay tonight.

Allyson: Uhh...don't mention it.

Allyson: Listen to me. Don't trust James Marozi. Don't trust the Resistance. More people have been hurt over them in the last few years than anything else on Eynhallow.

Allyson: I'm sorry you're hungry tonight. Goodnight.

Narration(Kore): Vespasian Eugene Xander echoing in my head like a ringing bell...a hateful name to speak so intimately to myself. He has marked himself as my enemy today.

Narration(Kore): If he is to be the Roman Vespasian. I'll be the barbarous Khan. I will sack his city. Raze this island.

Narration(Kore): And burn your black palace to the ground.

Author Notes:

Someone is having a bad day.

But not me!  Well...I'm still geeking over those new letters.  Which is a good thing, since I'm trying to migrate the previous fonts over and redo the speech bubbles.  (how many times have I done this, again?)(and again?)(and again?)  It's always a slow process, but each week, when I reflect on the work that went into the previous week, I'm happy that I'm making progress.
